In Eri neve e ti sei sciolta, Elena Mearini ci conduce in un viaggio poetico e intimo attraverso il dolore della perdita e la ricerca di un senso nell’assenza. Al centro di questa narrazione struggente c’è Maya, la cagnolina amata, compagna di vita e specchio dell’anima dell’autrice. La perdita di Maya diventa il punto di partenza per una riflessione universale sull’amore incondizionato, sulla memoria e sulla fragilità dell’esistenza.
Con una scrittura delicata e ricca di immagini evocative, l’autrice esplora il confine tra l’umano e l’animale, tra chi resta e chi se ne va, tra il visibile e l’invisibile. Ogni pagina è un dialogo con il vuoto, un tentativo di tradurre il silenzio in parole e di dare forma a ciò che è sfuggente e impalpabile.
Eri neve e ti sei sciolta è un’opera che invita a riflettere sulla condizione umana, sulla capacità di trasformare il dolore in poesia e sull’amore che sopravvive al tempo, rendendo eterno il ricordo di chi abbiamo amato.
Di cani è piena la storia della poesia. Al punto che si potrebbe dire che il cane non è solo il miglior amico dell’uomo, ma che lo è soprattutto del poeta […] Nulla di strano, dunque che anche oggi si scrivano poesie sui cani, per i cani. Ciò che colpisce in quest’ultima fatica di Elena Mearini è altro. Direi qui, per iniziare a delimitare il campo, la sua capacità di fare del ricordo della sua cagnolina, Maya, il centro motore di una riflessione ben più ampia, al centro della quale sta il linguaggio e in cui la relazione con l’animale è la cartina al tornasole che porta alla luce la fragilità e l’impotenza della cultura umana di fronte all’infinita potenza e imperscrutabilità della natura (dalla prefazione di Lello Voce)
