Chiesetta del SS. Rosario a Lizzano, 27 dicembre 2025
In un bellissimo monumento artico-religioso di Lizzano (Ta), aperto grazie all’interessamento di Francesco Mele, sabato 27 dicembre 2025, dieci studenti della Secondaria di primo grado hanno tenuto una lettura dell’Eneide, manifestazione voluta dall’Amministrazione Comunale e dall’IC “A. Manzoni”, in collaborazione con Interzona news e la Confraternita del SS. Rosario.
Guidati dal prof. Cosimo Rodia: Joele Bisci, Martina Bottazzo, Giovanni Cavallo, Mattia Greco, Alessia Marzo, Giulia Monticelli, Aurora Motolese, Giuseppe Palombella, Gabriele Rizzo, Cosimo Surgo hanno letto stralci dell’Eneide in versi e in prosa, secondo la modalità della lettura espressiva, richiamando scene, personaggi, viaggio avventuroso del principe troiano, fondatore di Roma.
I lettori sono stati veramente eccezionale nel trasmettere passioni, storia, mito, sentimenti, quali la lealtà, il perdono, il senso del dovere, il coraggio, la determinazione, il rispetto dello sconfitto.
Dopo la lettura, hanno salutato la DS dell’Istituto “Manzoni”, Lucia Calò, che ha riconosciuto nell’eroe troiano caratteri di estrema modernità, e il Sindaco di Lizzano, Lucia Palombella che ha lodato l’iniziativa come ottima modalità per diffondere la lettura.
Ha chiuso il prof. Cosimo Rodia che ha precisato quanto la storia di Enea, benchè faccia pendant con quella di Ulisse, ha in più un sogno da realizzare, un progetto di futuro, compiuto con migrazione, alleanze e accomodamenti, integrazione e disponibilità al dialogo, oltre che combattendo; infine, ha ringraziato l’Amministrazione comunale, la Scuola “A. Manzoni”, la confraternita del SS. Rosario, i genitori, la prof.ssa Zannetti con la Consulta e in particolare tutti e dieci i formidabili lettori.
