El Camin che fuma è il suo maso, un rifugio di legno immerso nel bosco tra le Dolomiti del Primiero, in Trentino, ma è anche un esercizio rurale dove le persone si possono fermare per dormire, fare colazione, cenare, assaporare la bellezza della vita di montagna e ascoltare le storie che Gianna ama raccontare al calore della stufa.
