Quali le radici della “strana” miscela di religione, ritualità, cultura, fede, speranza, arte, letteratura che fanno l’identità del popolo ebraico? Come ha fatto un popolo che sottolinea l’importanza di un’identità “biologica” a generare pensieri di tale universalità, di tale apertura a tutto l’umano? Ribadire la particolarità dell’identità ebraica o lasciarsi contaminare dalle culture dei popoli con cui gli ebrei sono da sempre venuti in contatto? Quanto del pensiero ebraico è comprensibile da un non ebreo? E quanto anche il non capire sia un capire?
Ce ne parla il professore di Scienze umane e pedagogiche al Dipartimento di Medicina e Chirurgia dell’Università di Milano Bicocca.
